Guided tour of the cellar followed by an introductory wine workshop on tasting our great Collioure and Banyuls wines.

Describing a wine is not an easy thing... It's a bit like asking someone who has never tasted it to describe the aroma of chocolate. To do this, you will try to transcribe the sensations provided by aromas or textures that are similar to it.

During this introduction to tasting our Great Wines of Collioure and Banyuls, preceded by a visit to the Cellar, you will discover the main stages of a tasting by putting your eyes, tongue and nose to work:

* Visual examination
* The 1st nose
* The second nose
* Taste test
