AOP Collioure
The Collioure Protected Designation of Origin is a dry wine born from the marriage between the minerality of the schist and the power of the fruit . The richness of the aromatic palette depends on the alchemy created between the different grape varieties.
AOP Banyuls
The Protected Designations of Origin of Banyuls include the natural sweet wines âWhiteâ, âRosĂ©â, âAmbrĂ©â, âRimageâ or âTraditionalâ. Some of them are aged in oak demi-muids and are exposed to the sun to assert their character and give them greater aromatic richness .
AOP Banyuls Grand Cru
The Banyuls Grand Cru Protected Designation of Origin produces vintages from a very strict selection of grapes from our best plots.
The only appellation of natural sweet wines in the world to benefit from the "Grand Cru" designation , aging lasts between 7 to 10 years in very old tuns or oak barrels. Sometimes exposed to the sun in their oak containers, they develop character and extraordinary aromatic richness.
AOP CĂŽtes du Roussillon
This terroir of limestone and schist differs from the terroir of Collioure and Banyuls by its low altitude and its distance from the Mediterranean Sea.
