This activity includes a guided tour of the cellar and our cellars followed by a tasting of our Premium and Prestige range of Collioure and Banyuls Grand Cru wines.

Describing a wine is not an easy thing, it's a bit like asking someone who has never tasted it to describe the aroma of chocolate. To do this, you will try to transcribe the sensations provided by aromas or similar textures.

During this introduction to tasting, you will discover the main stages of a tasting by putting your senses to work (sight, smell and taste buds):

• Visual examination
• The 1st nose
• The second nose
• The taste test

Possibility of requesting a “vertical Banyuls” thematic tasting “Old Vintages of Banyuls and/or Collioure”, from 10 people, on request.
