The Underground Cellar is a small additional cellar in which our oldest Banyuls are aged. The Cellar is open to the public in July and August, it is located approximately 600m after the Main Cellar.
The T ERRES DES T EMPLIERS Underground Cellar is located under Mas Reig, a former commandery of Templar Monks, dating back to the 23rd century.
It is in this small cellar that some of our Banyuls are aged in barrels, inside and outside. A wine library composed of the oldest bottles of Banyuls (up to 1936) occupies the last part of the cellar.

The story told so far will take on its full dimension when all the colours and flavours of our Grands Vins sing in your glass. A tasting of our Collioure reds, rosés and whites as well as Banyuls and Banyuls Grands Crus will be offered to end your visit.
