On the occasion of the European Heritage Days , on September 19, 20 and 21, 2025, Terres des Templiers invites you to a unique discovery of its wine estate, anchored in the heart of Banyuls-sur-Mer. Each year, this event highlights the cultural and historical riches of our heritage, and we are delighted to participate again. This 2025 edition focuses on the themes of "Heritage of routes, networks and connections" and "Maritime heritage" , in perfect harmony with the winemaking heritage of our cellar, located between land and sea.

On the program for these special days, we offer free guided tours of the Grande Cave , where you can discover the secrets of the production of our prestigious AOP Banyuls and Collioure wines. These guided tours will allow you to understand the unique heritage passed down from generation to generation by our winemakers, and the very special aging process of our wines.
To extend this immersion in our heritage, an exhibition of old advertising posters for Banyuls wine, dating from the 1950s to the present day, will also be presented. These iconic posters trace the evolution of communication surrounding this legendary wine, and bear witness to the rich winemaking history of our region.
Exceptionally, our emblematic Underground Cellar will reopen its doors for the occasion . This exceptional place is a former commandery of Templar monks from the 13th century, usually closed to the public outside of July and August and offers you an immersion in a mysterious setting, where the oldest vintages of Banyuls and Banyuls Grand Cru are housed, up to 1936 from our cellar. You will be able to discover centuries of know-how and a wine-growing tradition rooted in the history of Roussillon.
