This unique range of AOP Côtes du Roussillon includes a white , a rosé and a red , each revealing the richness and authenticity of this vintage.

The vineyards that produce these wines are located in the north-east of the Pyrénées-Orientales department, on the left bank of the Agly valley, near the charming village of Baixas .
This unique terroir, characterised by its limestone and schist soils, offers ideal conditions for growing vines. Although it differs from Collioure and Banyuls due to its low altitude and its distance from the Mediterranean Sea, it is nonetheless exceptionally rich.

The three wines of "Escapade en Roussillon" illustrate the solar essence of this vineyard. The white evokes the subtle aromas of green apple, white flowers and ripe bananas, the rosé seduces with its nose of fresh fruits and its very exotic notes, while the red reveals suave notes highlighting very ripe red fruits as well as star anise.

These wines are the fruit of conscientious work by our winemakers, who pay meticulous attention to each stage of the winemaking process.
