🍓 AOP Collioure Rosé Premium 2024 – Intensity in a large format
This gastronomic rosé, produced using controlled bleeding , stands out with its deep redcurrant color , edged with purple and blue highlights . From the first nose, a very ripe strawberry, a bright raspberry and iodized notes recall the maritime anchorage of its terroir. When swirled, watermelon and mango appear, promising a sensory journey.
On the palate, the ripe fruit blossoms over a lively framework. The structuring tannins give it structure and presence. The finish, long and marked by strawberry , is elegant.
👉 Serve it around 10°C, ideally decanted to reveal all its complexity.
🍴 Perfect with spicy tapas , grilled white meats or even spicy black pudding : a rosé with character, for unexpected and powerful pairings.
🌸 AOP Collioure Rosé Cuvée de la Salette 2024 – Solar freshness
With its sparkling raspberry color , its purple highlights and its nose mixing strawberry, peach and cherry , this vintage is a hymn to fruity freshness. Swirling reveals crisp aromas of watermelon and a herbaceous, almost chlorophyllous touch, which invites lightness.
The palate is round and balanced, carried by a clear delicacy and a beautiful liveliness.
🍴 At the table, it is a real chameleon: it goes equally well with summer salads , fine charcuterie , grilled fish , paella or exotic cuisine , from Asia to the shores of India.
🌺 AOP Collioure Rosé Péché Mignon 2024 – Joyful exuberance
Its deep grenadine color with blue highlights sets the tone. The explosive nose evokes peach and nectarine , with a hint of lime and wild strawberry . A true whirlwind of fresh, tropical fruits.
On the palate, we find the same energy: liveliness, delicious texture , and a light refreshing bitterness like grapefruits which prolongs the pleasure.
🍴 This is the perfect wine to share . Try it with a citrus prawn salad , sushi , or simply at a summer barbecue.
🌊 AOP Banyuls Rosé Impertinence 2024 – Sweet and sunny audacity
This Banyuls Rosé challenges the rules. Its bright redcurrant color with pearly highlights immediately catches the eye. The intense nose combines mango, pineapple , then notes of red fruits and vine peach which take over with aeration.
On the palate, juicy nectarine and candied strawberry take centre stage, in a subtle balance between sweetness, freshness and intensity.
🍸 Enjoy chilled, in a cocktail , or as a dessert with a raspberry tart , a lemon meringue pie or a mandarin sorbet . A decidedly modern natural sweet wine, which dares to be indulgent without ever tiring.
This summer, let yourself be carried away by the rosés of the 2024 vintage:
wines of character, rooted in the terroir, but open to the world and to celebration.
🌞 From aperitifs to dinner under the stars, there's a rosé for every moment, every flavor, every burst of light.
