Nos vins, primés par le Guide Hachette des vins 2024 !

Our wines, awarded by the Hachette Wine Guide 2024!

The Hachette wine guide is THE reference oenological guide. Published for the first time in 1985, it is one of the oldest wine buying guides in France and the best-selling.

Each edition is entirely new: the selected wines were tasted during the year. The guide resets the counters each year, in order to taste the latest vintages bottled.

Furthermore, the wines are tasted blind , which allows tasters to free themselves from subjective parameters which could influence them. All tasters are professionals working in the world of wine (sommeliers, oenologists, merchants, etc.).

This year, the Hachette Wine Guide rewarded 8 of our vintages . We are therefore very proud to present our list to you:

Here is the list of our prize list:

* Collioure Rosé Premium 2022
Rating: 2 stars
A pretty strawberry-colored rosé, full of red fruits on the nose, just as fruity on the palate (red fruits, grapefruit, vine peach), ample, fresh, balanced, of good length.

* Collioure Rosé Cuvée de la Salette 2022
Rating: 2 stars
A half-bleeded, half-direct-pressed rosé, with an intense color and a beautiful shine, open with fresh strawberries, cherries and blackberries, supple, lively and very fruity on the palate, energized by a slightly minty finish.

* Collioure White Prestige 2021
Rating: 2 stars
We love its limpid, light yellow color, its intense nose of exotic fruits and vanilla, its explosive, clean and lively palate, lingering for a long time on stewed white fruits on the finish and gently structured by perfectly balanced woodiness.

* Banyuls Rimage Early release 2022
Rating: 1 star
This early introduction of a beautiful deep garnet is delicious with its crunchy flavors of black cherry and grenadine. A very nice treat to pair with a chocolate fondant.

* Banyuls Rimage Late update 2021
Rating: 1 star
The cellar is definitely an essential address for rimages. This turns out to be fresh, elegant, appreciated for its volume, its fleshiness, its silkiness and its aromas of black cherry, menthol, licorice.

* Banyuls Rimage Prestige 2021
Rating: 2 stars , favorite
Old Grenache Noir vines clinging to sloping shales, manual picking, great respect for the harvest, long maceration, aging on lees for 10 months in barrels, regular stirring, it's simple, a favorite! The deep garnet color is surrounded by purple reflections. The nose is powerful, fresh, evoking eucalyptus, black fruits and slightly spicy cherry. Ample, round, suave, sustained fruity, the palate is remarkable, accompanied by a beautiful freshness, with the spice which combines with a gentle roasting. A real and great pleasure for the decade to come.

* Banyuls grand cru Creation 2005
Rating: 1 star
This 2005 Creation seems to be born from an amber as its color is clear and stripped-down. It also takes on the aromatic, playing on the honeyed floral of acacia, candied orange, hay and fig. Soft, long, with fruits in brandy, bitter orange and milk caramel, the palate presents a grand cru of astonishing originality.

* Banyuls grand cru La Serra 2015
Rating: 2 stars
The tiled red of this grand cru is very bare, adorned with copper highlights, the color of dead leaves. The brand of the cellar's great casks is a marvel. Over time, they envelop and marry the wine, giving here an intense aromatic palette, with spices, mocha, dark chocolate, fig and prune. The palate appears round, ample, soft and powerful at the same time, greedy for jammy fruit, and concludes with dried fruits flirting with the rancio of nuts.

We would like to warmly thank everyone who participated in the development of these vintages, for their talented work.

We also thank the Hachette Wine Guide for these prestigious distinctions.
