Nos vins, primés par le Guide Hachette des vins 2025 !

Our wines, awarded by the Hachette Wine Guide 2025!

The Hachette Wine Guide is a true reference in the wine industry. First published in 1985, it is one of the oldest and best-selling wine buying guides in France.

Each edition is completely renewed: the selected wines are tasted during the year, thus allowing the classification to be updated with the latest bottled vintages.

In addition, the tastings are carried out blind, guaranteeing an objective, unbiased evaluation. All tasters are wine professionals (sommeliers, oenologists, merchants, etc.).

This year, 6 of our vintages were distinguished in the Hachette Wine Guide . We are therefore very proud to share our list of winners with you:

Here is our list of winners:

* AOP Collioure Rosé, Cuvée de la Salette 2023
Rating: 2 stars - favorite ❀
A high-flying rosé, half from bleeding, half from direct pressing, hence this rather intense color which contrasts with the usual paleness. The red fruits and the English candy are at the party all along, infusing a perfectly balanced mouth, at the same time fat, round and very fresh, with as a bonus a long finish with tangy and saline tones which adds to its dynamism. A beautiful table rosé, which we would see well in the company of red mullet or a bouillabaisse.

* AOP Banyuls Rimage, Alegria 2023
Rating: 3 stars - favorite ❀
A selection of the freshest plots of the vintage for this pure dark Grenache with a deep color, adorned with youthful purple highlights. After a note of undergrowth, it unfolds an explosive fruitiness reminiscent of blackberry and black cherry, with a surprising sweet and milky touch. We find the fruits, fleshy and gourmet (cherry, wild strawberry, blueberry), embellished with spices in a full, long and well-balanced mouth, with velvety but still very present tannins, guarantees of a very bright future.

* AOP Banyuls Grand Cru, Solaris 2012
Appreciation : 3 stars - favorite ❀

If the fruit is present in the background, especially the prune and the citron, it is the complex notes of evolution and breeding that dominate: almond, walnut, cocoa, coffee, blond tobacco, honey. A breeding of more than six years in tuns which brought sweetness in the mouth, balance, while leaving the beautiful part to a controlled power around fine tannins and a remarkable freshness, without forgetting a finish on the rancio which prolongs the pleasure.

* AOP Banyuls Rimage, Late Release 2022
Rating: 1 star

After 10 months in barrels, this Rimage offers an ambled, fleshy, smooth and expressive wine, opening onto blackberry and cherry jam, fig, prune and a very pleasant touch of cocoa. Gourmet and harmonious.

* AOP Banyuls Rosé, Impertinence 2023
Rating: 1 star
To be enjoyed chilled, this lovely Banyuls seduces with its freshness and its sustained aromatic expression, on the nose as well as in the mouth, of wild strawberries, citrus fruits, English candy and scents of the scrubland.

* AOP Banyuls grand cru La Serra 2016
Rating: 2 stars
More than six years of ageing in tuns for this vintage which presents a lot of volume, freshness, finesse, length, as well as a very beautiful aromatic palette evoking brioche bread, nougatine, liquorice, morello cherry and candied fruits. The ideal accomplice for a truffled foie gras.

🍇 In addition, this year, we are proud to announce that we have been elected Roussillon Winegrower of the Year:

"A shower of stars for the winery which has won no less than three favourites in this edition, in Banyuls, Banyuls Grand Cru, and Collioure, completing an impressive list of prizes. Also impressive is this cooperative offering all types of wines from these appellations and contributing greatly to the image of this very unique terroir, between land and sea."

We would like to warmly thank all the people who participated in the development of these vintages for their talented work.

We also thank the Hachette Wine Guide for these prestigious distinctions.
