It is at the heart of Cru de Collioure & Banyuls , which is produced with precision this Collioure Rosé de Prestige. Meticulous work carried out by our winegrowers, on old vines of Grenache Noir , from Syrah and of Mourvèdre , as well as in the cellar to highlight the richness of our schist terroir.
Behind its lively and silky character , this Collioure rosé Premium presents itself under an elegant redcurrant pink color and reveals on the palate a pretty fruit that is both ripe and tangy with notes of cherry , strawberry and of raspberry . Enhanced by a beautiful acidity bringing freshness and balancing the tannins, it gives body to this rosé de saignée.
A true gastronomy vintage, Premium rosé will accompany tapas with character (cold meats, anchovies, peppers, etc.). It will also be the ideal companion for grilled white meats such as veal and will go well with more or less spicy black puddings.
