Chifoumi 2023:

Dominated by Grenache Noir (85%) , Chifoumi is a supple and fruity red. Its aromas of strawberry, cherry and black pepper make it a convivial wine, ideal for aperitifs with friends, grilled white meats or young cheeses .

Tradition 2021:

Also included in the free boxes offer, Tradition blends Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. Its nose combines cherry, garrigue, vanilla and smoke , while its light but assertive palate offers a gourmet finish. To share with a veal chop in cream sauce , generous pasta or charcuterie.

AOP Banyuls Grand Cru Ancestral 2010 (new vintage available following the 2008 vintage being out of stock)

This Banyuls Grand Cru 2010, made from 100% Grenache Noir, seduces with its brown color with mahogany highlights and its generous nose combining currants, cocoa, and undergrowth. On the palate, the balance between power and elegance reveals notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and coffee, supported by fine, silky tannins.
