Meeting with a winemaker Terres des Templiers

Meet one of our winegrowers, Didier Paré, through this Youtube video. It makes you discover the Banyuls terroir and its marvelous landscapes, its vines and its particularities.

The Banyuls & Collioure vintage vines extend over kilometers of terraces with slopes of up to 45%. The shale walls make our vineyard an extreme vineyard. Since mechanization is not possible, all work in the vineyard is done manually.

A purple red color, a fruity nose and on the palate savor the black berries which are fully expressed.

Food & wine pairing ideas: If red meats are an obvious choice, you can also surprise your guests with stuffed cabbage or cabbage stew.
