The Collioure and Banyuls Vineyard is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the midday sun. The vines are planted on terraces on shale hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Black Grenache: 100%

Destemmed harvest. Mutage on grains. Minimum maceration of 14 days. Aging in old oak barrels for approximately 6 years followed by maturation in the bottle for at least 3 years in our air-conditioned cellars using solar energy.

Color: Tawny brown with mahogany reflections.
Nose: Corinthian grapes, flint and curry. Agitation reveals cocoa and the smells of the undergrowth.
Taste: Elegant and aromatic with a tendency to dark chocolate and raisins, the tannins are powdery on the finish, the retro olfaction brings notes of caramel and coffee.

Service: Serve around 13°C.
Pairings: This wine will delight you with charcuterie, also with meats in sauces and will go very well with blue-veined cheeses.
