The Collioure and Banyuls Vineyard is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the midday sun. The vines are planted on terraces on shale hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Grenache Gray and White: 100%

Destemmed, crushed harvests, gentle pressing. Cold settling. Mutage on must fermented at low temperature. Aged 12 months in oak demi-muids (600 liters).

Color: Brilliant, deep yellow gold.
Nose: First nose with delicate woodiness with notes of menthol and mirabelle plum. When swirled, pear brandy, apricot, medlar, vanilla and cinnamon bring all their intensity.
Palate: Classy, ​​balanced and fresh. Finish reminiscent of candied chestnut brought by the aging in demi-muids.

Service: Between 8°C and 10°C
Pairings: With dry cheeses, smoked salmon, sorbets or lemon tart.
