The Cru Vineyard of Collioure and Banyuls is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the midday sun. The vines are planted on terraces on shale hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Black Grenache: 100%

Destemmed/crushed harvest. Mutage on marc with a 15-day post-mutage maceration. Aged in ½ 600-litre muids outdoors for 6 years in the pure tradition of Terres des Templiers know-how.

Color: Deep amber with a tawny fringe.
Nose: Round and woody at the same time, the notes of pastries and Corinthian raisins in rum bring a delicious touch to this captivating nose.
Palate: Constructed and tannic, the aromas of the nose are expressed with a finish highlighted by burnt caramel.

Service: Serve between 15 and 16°C.
Pairings: This Banyuls Grand Cru can be enjoyed on its own during a relaxing moment, but it will also do justice to pastries such as a praline success.
