The Collioure and Banyuls Vineyard is located in the extreme south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the southern sun. The vines are planted in terraces on schist hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Black Grenache: 100%

Banyuls Rosé is 100% produced by bleeding maceration vats destined for Banyuls Rimage. The harvest is destemmed, crushed and macerated for around 12 hours. Fermentation at low temperature and mutage on juice. Aging in stainless steel vats on fine lees until bottling.

Color: Deep and brilliant redcurrant pink color with pearly highlights.
Nose: First nose of exotic fruits (mango, pineapple), then red fruits and vine peach arrive with agitation.
Palate: Nectarine and strawberry transport us to a world of remarkable indulgence.

Service: Very chilled between 8°C.
