The Collioure and Banyuls Vineyard is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees
and the Mediterranean, under the southern sun. The vines are planted on terraces on schist hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys in the hinterland.

Syrah: 55% Grenache Noir: 45%

Wine made 100% from the bleeding of the maceration tank after contact between the juice and the skin for 2 to 3 hours. After a static settling of 48 hours, the clear juices are fermented in stainless steel tanks for the Syrah and in wood for the Grenache Noir. Blending of the 2 grape varieties before bottling.

Dress: Deep, redcurrant pink with a purple, bluish fringe.
Nose: First nose of red fruits (cherry, strawberry, raspberry) mixed with notes of delicate toast. Swirling reveals fresh notes of chlorophyll and sea breeze.
Palate: With a lovely ripe fruit and a nice acidity that counterbalances tannins, which give body to this saignée rosé. Finish underlined by notes of toast and vanilla.

Tapas with character and grilled white meats. It will go well with more or less spicy black puddings.
