The Vineyard is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the
midday sun. The vines are planted on terraces on shale hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Grenache Noir: 100%

Traditional vinification with maceration in temperature-controlled vats for 15 days after destemming/crushing the grapes. Storage in perfectly well-oiled stainless steel vats until bottling in order to preserve the purity of the Grenache Noir fruit.

Color: Light, cherry red.
Nose: First spicy nose and red fruits, upon stirring a precise fruit emerges on a background of dominant strawberry accompanied by herbs from the scrubland with smoky and iodized notes.
Taste: Subtle, round with southern accents, strawberry and cherry mingle with rosemary

Service: Serve around 14°C.
Pairings: Funambule will accompany your grilled white meats with herbs as well as more or less spicy Asian cuisine.
