The Premium Approach requires a strict commitment from the Winegrowers exploiting the most beautiful vines of the Cru de Collioure. The precise work carried out in the vineyard and in the cellar gives rise to exceptional wines.

Grenache Gris: 100%

Manual harvesting and sorting of selected plots in the hinterland within the old historic vineyard of the Collioure and Banyuls cru. The Grenache Gris is pressed in intact whole bunches thanks to a harvest and transport in crates. After a night in a cold room, only the "heart" of the press will be selected and then directed to the 1/2 new French oak muids after being clarified.
A precise aging on lees will perfect the balance: roundness / acidity as well as the integration of the wood. This great wine from Collioure assembled at the beginning of 2024 comes from the selection of 5 unique pieces of wood for an exceptional marriage.

Dress: Intense and brilliant white gold color.
Nose: First of spices (cinnamon) and orange blossom. Swirling reveals fleshy fruits such as fresh apricot, pineapple and mango. All underlined by notes of vanilla and crumble. A light delicate woodiness accompanies the nose on a distinguished register.
Palate: Orchard fruits coexist with white flowers, remarkable tension and a finish exacerbated by wood tannins.

Service: Serve young between 10 and 12°C with a decanting for aeration at the time of serving. Due to its particularities, this Collioure white has a aging potential that will seduce you after 5 to 6 years.
Pairings: Fine poultry will be enhanced by this exceptional wine as well as goat cheese or a mild and fruity comté.
