The Cru Vineyard of Collioure and Banyuls is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the midday sun. The vines are planted on terraces on shale hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

100% Grenache Noir

Destemmed, crushed harvest from grapes selected in the coolest terroirs of our vintage. Maceration before thermo-regulated mutage and 15-day post-mutage maceration on marc. Aged in stainless steel vats until bottling with perfectly controlled topping up.

Dress: Intense purple that arouses envy.
Nose: Gourmet, with red fruit soup and fresh mint. On aeration, the fruitiness intensifies: raspberry, blackberry, strawberry and morello cherry go well together.
Palate: A new harmony emerges for a Rimage with a thirst-quenching side that mixes red fruits, orange and elderflower.

Service: Best served between 12 and 14°C.
Pairings: As an accompaniment to a sweet and savory aperitif dinner, spicy charcuterie and cheeses will find a festive ally or let yourself be surprised by tasting it in a cocktail.
