The Premium Approach requires a strict commitment from winemakers working the finest vineyards in the Cru de Collioure region. The precise work carried out in the vineyard and cellar results in exceptional wines.

Syrah: 55% - Mourvèdre: 40% - Grenache Noir: 5%

Selective sorting at the plot and in the cellar. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days and post-fermentation for more than 30 days depending on the grape variety. Aging on lees in new oak barrels. Resuspension of the lees every day until January then once a week until bottling.

Dress: Deep black with an intense red fringe.
Nose: Initial smoky and toasted nose which supports a crisp and delicious fruit (black cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry). The herbs of the garrigue bring a touch of freshness.
Palate: Ample and generous, the barrel serves the wine.

Service: To be enjoyed at 16°C, to be opened one hour before serving.
