The Cru Vineyard of Collioure and Banyuls is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the midday sun. The vines are planted on terraces on shale hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Grenache Noir: 65%
Mourvèdre: 25%
Syrah: 10%

Destemmed harvest, crushed, traditional maceration for 25 days except for 10% of Grenache Noir vinified in carbonic maceration for 7 days.

Color: Slightly deep cherry red.
Nose: Gourmet of burlat cherry and strawberry with fresh notes of liquorice. When swirled the fruit is intense with touches of black pepper.
Palate: Supple as desired with a lot of deliciousness and sensuality. The touch is remarkable for a pleasure without artifice.

Service: Serve around 14°C.
Pairings: This sharing wine will accompany various cold meat tapas for example, as well as quiches and savory tarts. At the table, a honeyed pork rib and some baked potatoes will be good partners.
