A saignée rosé par excellence, the must for the Grenache Noir comes from the maceration tanks. A one to two-hour contact gives it its superb color. Low fermentation temperature for aromatic explosiveness. Aged on lees. The natural residual carbon dioxide from alcoholic fermentation is adjusted during bottling to obtain a sparkling wine.

Dress: Sparkling and brilliant redcurrant color with pearly highlights.
Nose: Gourmet notes of ripe strawberries and raspberries with hints of guava.
Palate: Invigorating and refreshing bubbles with the deliciousness of wild strawberries. A slight bitterness invigorates the finish with great freshness.

Service: Best served chilled between 8 and 10°C or chilled (5°C).
Pairings: It is best enjoyed as an aperitif with sweet or savory dishes. However, don't hesitate to enjoy it with red fruit desserts, especially iced desserts.
