Harvest destemmed and crushed. Mutage on grains followed by maceration for 20 days. Storage in rusty vats until early bottling.

Color: Deep cherry red.
Nose: Wild blackberry and sage; stirring reveals raspberry and wild strawberry with hints of sweet vanilla.
Palate: With a distinguished character highlighting a refreshing fruit highlighted by the licorice stick, the raspberry is expressed with precision.

Service: Serve it around 15°C.
