The Cru Vineyard of Collioure and Banyuls is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the midday sun. The vines are planted on terraces on shale hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Black Grenache: 100%

Banyuls Rosé is 100% produced by bleeding maceration vats destined for Banyuls Rimage. The harvest is destemmed, crushed and macerated for around 12 hours. Fermentation at low temperature and mutage on juice. Aging in stainless steel vats on fine lees until bottling.

Dress: Deep and bright redcurrant pink color.
Nose: First nose with an exotic dominance of mango and pineapple mixed with strawberry and vine peach.
Palate: In a world of delicacy and freshness, the nectarine and strawberry express themselves fully.

Service: Serve well chilled between 8 and 10°C.
