The Collioure and Banyuls Vineyard is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the midday sun. The vines are planted on terraces on shale hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Grenache Noir: 90%
Mourvèdre: 10%

This Collioure rosé is made from 85% saignée of black Grenache. This beautiful maturity gives it all its depth and richness. Fermentation at a thermo-regulated temperature around 16°C. Aging on fine lees until bottling.

Color: Intense, raspberry pink with purple highlights.
Nose: Strawberry and ripe red fruits, vegetal notes of rhubarb when swirled bring a touch of freshness.
Palate: Delicious as can be, where raspberry and blackcurrant go well together, good length with a lovely tannic structure.

Service: Serve around 10°C.
Pairings: A tasty idea for sunny days: a tuna cake with cherry tomatoes, peppers and Provencal herbs. Also treat yourself with grilled white meats and summer vegetables.
