The Oms family has been working their vines naturally for generations. In 2009, she decided to take the plunge and obtain the Organic Agriculture label. Here is the Collioure Rosé certified “Organic Wine” produced by these enthusiasts.

Grenache Noir: 45%
Mourvèdre: 30%
Carignan: 25%

1/3 of the blend vinified by direct pressing, the remaining 2/3 come from bleeding from the Collioure red Terre des Oms vats. Short skin maceration, cold static ripening and fermentation at a temperature allowing maximum expression of the aromas specific to the “Terre des Oms” grapes.

Color: Moderately intense, salmon pink with pearly reflections.
Nose: Rich and full of red cherry accompanied by notes of nectarine and wild strawberry.
Taste: Intense cherry juice with hints of stones. A subtle balance between the fleshiness of the fruits and the acidity, which brings a touch of deliciousness.

Service: Serve around 10°C.
Pairings: Goes wonderfully with veal blanquette, grilled white meat, a cooked fish dish or even with slightly spicy Asian cuisine.
