The Premium Approach requires a strict commitment from winegrowers using the old Cru de Collioure vines. The precise work carried out in the vineyard and in the cellar gives rise to exceptional wines.

Grenache Noir: 45% Mourvèdre: 25% Syrah: 15% Carignan: 15%

Selective sorting at the plot and in the cellar. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days and post-fermentation for 30 days. Aging on lees in new barrels and 1 wine for 60% of the blend, the remaining 40% was vinified in stainless steel vats.

Color: Deep cherry red.
Nose: First nose of jammy red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) with notes of soft caramel. When swirled, vanilla and garrigue accompany tangy red fruits such as redcurrant and pomegranate.
Palate: Remarkably round attack, lovely acidity and smooth tannins bring pep and freshness to the finish.

Service: Serve at 16°C.
Pairings: A "pluma" of Iberian pork with Espelette pepper accompanied by rice with peppers will be an excellent table partner.
