The Oms family has been working its vines naturally for generations. In 2009, they decided to take the plunge and obtain the Organic Agriculture label. Here is the Collioure Rouge certified "Organic Wine" produced by these enthusiasts.

Carignan: 45%
Grenache Noir: 30%
Mourvèdre: 25%

Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats with a long maceration of around 30 days. Aging in stainless steel vats before bottling in order to
to keep the expression of the personality of these grapes as much as possible.

Color: Intense cherry red tending towards purple.
Nose: First nose of blackberry, scrubland and grilled bacon. When swirled the nose is very intense, redcurrant and raspberry are accompanied by notes of chervil, vanilla and white pepper.
Palate: The stewed fruits (blueberry and blackberry) are on a tangy trend, lovely lively tannins bring a lot of tension.

Service: Serve around 14°C. We recommend opening it 1 hour before serving to reveal the full potential of this wine.
Pairings: Young with a piece of beef or duck breast, in a few years with game and stews.
