Rosé de saignée par excellence, the must comes for the black Grenache from the maceration tanks. A contact of one to two hours gives it its superb color. Low fermentation temperature for aromatic explosiveness. Aging on lees for about 2 months. The natural residual carbon dioxide from alcoholic fermentation is adjusted during bottling to obtain a sparkling wine.

Dress: Sparkling and brilliant redcurrant color with pearly reflections.
Nose: First nose of guava and ripe strawberry. Swirling reveals nectarine, raspberry and watermelon.
Palate: With invigorating and refreshing bubbles with the deliciousness of wild strawberries. A slight bitterness invigorates the finish with lots of freshness.

Service: To be enjoyed chilled between 8 and 10°C or chilled (5°C). Food pairings: It is as an aperitif accompanied by sweet or savory dishes that it will find its best match. However, do not hesitate to enjoy it with red fruit desserts and especially with frozen desserts.
