In the cellar, our cellar master works with particular attention to balance when producing a wine, vintage after vintage. In mixology too, the creation of a cocktail depends on a perfect balance. The alliance of these two French know-how seemed obvious!

We met Matthieu Dagues, better known today as “ Bec Verseur ”. Originally from Perpignan, he left his hometown at the age of 22, thirsty for unknown horizons. He then had the opportunity to gain solid experience, traveling from the most distinguished Parisian establishments to the most popular restaurants in Oxford. During these years, a project that was both personal and professional matured: Le Bec Verseur , to live from this passion by returning to your land of origin. Established in his courier called the Alouette and containing a nomadic bar, Matthieu now offers an original and creative cocktail menu . In order to raise our Banyuls at the level of cocktails, Le Bec Verseur has been able to sublimate our natural sweet wines from Banyuls by highlighting their respective subtleties. Our Banyuls vintages are then revealed in another light, through 6 cocktail recipes elegant, comforting but also full of freshness and liveliness.
