The forecasts for this 2023 vintage
This start of spring has been difficult in our region... Indeed, last April, the Banyuls & Collioure vintage was under close surveillance after the fire which devastated nearly 1000 hectares of vegetation including wasteland of vines. Despite this devastating fire, we noticed a good emergence of buds in the spring with therefore good harvest potential . Summer slowly took over and subjected us to the influences of precipitation and heat waves. We still benefited from a few storms at the end of July, which contributed to lower temperatures and cool nights.
The start of the harvest will be launched this Thursday, August 17 . To follow the different stages of the harvest, follow us on social networks: Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn .
