âThe souvenir in a cocktail... In homage to the maiden name of my maternal grandmother, âThe Bernadiâ with the scent of memory. This great lady, dear to me, greatly appreciated Banyuls-sur-Mer and its surroundings. As a child, I have fabulous memories of my walks and times spent with her in the village. This signature cocktail lets out the comforting notes and aromas of the atmosphere of these moments. I chose to work on Banyuls Amber Roumani Golden for its autumnal universe and its notes of dried fruits and honey wax. By associating it with a cinnamon syrup , I wanted to convey an elegant and subtle side. Thanks to the measured addition of Marc de Banyuls , the cocktail develops in robustness but reveals a character of finesse. Extended with tonic , this bitterness will harmoniously complete the final touch of this creation. To be enjoyed fresh! "

When the world of wine, wise and authentic, meets the world of mixology, a fiery trend that extends from the bar to the home.
In the cellar, our cellar master works with particular attention to balance when producing a wine, vintage after vintage. In mixology too, the creation of a cocktail depends on a perfect balance. The combination of these two French know-how therefore seemed obvious!
In order to elevate our Banyuls to the level of cocktails, Matthieu Dagues, mixologist better known as âLe Bec Verseurâ at the wheel of his courier converted into a bar, was able to sublimate our natural sweet Banyuls wines by highlighting their subtlety, finding thus the perfect harmony for a tasting of aromas in symbiosis. Our Banyuls vintages are then revealed in another light through 6 elegant, comforting cocktail recipes that are both fresh and lively.
