Ingredients :
200 g of milk chocolate;
300 g of butter;
150 g of flour;
150 g of hazelnut powder;
150 g of icing sugar;
300 g of egg whites (about 10 eggs).

Recipe :
- Gently melt the butter and chocolate together in a bain-marie and leave to cool;
- Mix the very fine hazelnut powder with the flour, mixing with a food processor if necessary;
- Beat the egg whites then gently incorporate the icing sugar to make a firm meringue;
- Add the flour and hazelnut powder to the chocolate, then gently combine with the meringue;
- Pour into well-greased ramekins and put in the oven at around 180°C for 12 minutes;
- Watch the cooking so that they remain soft.
