Coming from a careful selection of Grenache Gris from our most beautiful plots, this Collioure White of exception complements the vintages of the Premium & Prestige range . The grapes were harvested then sorted by hand , for whole-cluster pressing. The noblest juices were fermented and aged in new 1/2 muids.

Collioure White Prestige expresses all power and elegance from the hinterland of our shale land. Its brilliant and sparkling pale yellow color with green reflections reveals an explosion of aromas with a first nose of toasted bread, white flowers, curry and fresh apricot with mineral connotations, characteristic of our Collioure & Banyuls vintage. When stirred, a subtle blend of pear invites himself and mixes with notes of frangipane cream, white peach and vanilla . On the palate, balance and remarkable length are the key words for this Prestige vintage. Fresh, stretched and sapid, a subtle woodiness accompanies fruit.
