Like an awakening of nature in this spring season, the finesse of this Collioure Blanc invites you to a delicate journey of the senses . It transports you into a peaceful atmosphere, for an exquisite moment of sharing.

Sensei offers you a mouth fresh and juicy where the crunch of orchard fruits is expressed, cradled by subtle iodized tannins.

Its superb intense green-yellow color reveals an equally intense, round nose, with aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit and blackcurrant buds.

Balance between roundness, sweetness and acidity, Sensei will be the ideal companion for a fish or shrimp ceviche.
