A little new addition to the Terre des Oms organic range

The latest addition to the Terre des Oms organic range: a Collioure Blanc!

The Oms family, winegrowers from father to son, cultivate their land with respect for nature, using an organic approach that has been Ecocert certified in 2011.

The Terre des Oms Organic Range is today made up of 5 vintages :

Today, Terre des Oms is enhancing its range by adding a Collioure Blanc .

It's a wine full and complete , combining roundness and freshness with fruity notes of garrigue.

It is composed mainly of Grenache Gris, then Grenache Blanc and a little Rolle. After their harvest, these three grape varieties spent one night in a cold room at 5°C, then were pressed as a whole bunch.

This new Terre des Oms offers a pale yellow color with silver tones and slightly green reflections.
On the nose, the first impression is zesty and slightly vanilla. After stirring, the williams pear expresses itself fully accompanied by apricot, and enhanced with a vegetal touch.
In the mouth, it reveals itself rather citric with citrus fruits such as grapefruit, which are delicately enhanced by a beautiful final roundness with a touch of pear seeds.

This Collioure White will perfectly complement grilled fish, veal stew or baked rabbit.
