We invite you to discover the list of our wines and the comments:
- AOP Banyuls Rimage - Prestige 2021 - Gold Medal with a score of 6/21
"Deep purple color. Open, powerful and complex nose where jammy, stewed notes, sweet spices, blackcurrant and blackberries mingle on an alcoholic base. The palate is fat, round, rich and warm with fruit flavors (cherry, plum, etc.) in alcohol. Balance in the power between the sweetness and the tannins on a long aromatic persistence."
- AOP Collioure Blanc Prestige 2021 - Gold Medal with a score of 8/21
"White gold color with green highlights. Fine but open nose with floral and vanilla notes. A little gas (CO2) on a fresh and balanced palate with fruity (green apple) and vanilla flavors. The aging therefore has a slightly rustic character (old barrels?) on a beautiful final tension and a salty hint."
- AOP Banyuls Rimage - Premium 2022 - Silver Medal with a score of 11/21
"Purple color with garnet highlights. Open, powerful and delicious nose of confectionery (nougat) and fruit jam (blackberry, blackcurrant). The palate is opulent, warm where the tannins coat the sweetness. Flavors of confectionery, caramel and grilled almonds on a fruity base (blackberry, blackcurrant) which lingers for a long time and calls for a repeat! "
- AOP Collioure Rouge - Prestige 2021 - Claiming the bronze medal with a score of 16/21
"Deep red color with purple highlights. Open nose; fresh, pleasant with notes of red and black fruits (blackcurrant) and cedar. The palate is powerful, warm with fruity flavors (cherry, raspberry) and present but melted tannins. Young, fresh and tasty overall! "
We would like to thank all the people who participated in the development of these vintages.
