As every year, the Prix Plaisir Bettane & Desseauve competition brought together an impressive selection of vintages from all over France... and beyond! The objective of this competition? To highlight accessible wines and champagnes, with impeccable value for money , capable of seducing both amateurs and connoisseurs.
The originality of the competition lies in its mixed jury , composed of experts and informed consumers, who taste blindly. Only two pieces of information are revealed to them: the price range and the region of origin . An ideal format for an evaluation without prejudice, based solely on the pleasure and balance of the wine.
And the result is there: high-quality vintages , sometimes unexpected, often remarkable, rewarded with gold, silver and bronze medals . The Prix Plaisir thus becomes a valuable benchmark for all those who wish to discover new wines without making a mistake, with complete confidence.
