We are proud to present the reissue of our Banyuls Traditionnel Gaïa .
This wine is perfect for those who wish to discover the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Banyuls, as it is both accessible and authentic . The name "Gaia" refers to the goddess of the earth in ancient Greece, protector of nature and plants, symbolizing our deep respect and homage to our thousand-year-old land.

A manufacturing process emblematic of our region
Gaïa is made from 100% Grenache Noir, an emblematic grape variety that gives it its identity. Its production follows a rigorous and precise protocol:
- Destemmed harvest
- Half is mutated on must, the other half being mutated on marc with a maceration of at least 7 days.
- Aged for around 3 years in old large capacity oak containers.
- Aged in 1/2 muids outdoors for 5% of the blend
This carefully orchestrated winemaking process guarantees a quality product, faithful to the traditions of our region.
Its sensory profile
Gaïa is distinguished by an orange-red color with mahogany highlights. The nose reveals a harmonious alliance of red fruits in brandy such as cherry, and dried fruits such as fig and prune, enhanced by sweet notes of vanilla. On the palate, Gaïa offers intense pleasure and easy access.
