Travel to the heart of the sunny landscapes of the north-east of the Pyrénées-Orientales department with our latest vintage, the white wine Escapade en Roussillon , from the AOP Côtes du Roussillon.
Nestled on the left bank of the Agly valley, near the village of Baixas, this terroir of limestone and schist gives this white wine a unique identity that sets it apart from the wines of Collioure and Banyuls, thanks to the low altitude of the local vines and their distance from the Mediterranean Sea.

Composed of 60% Grenache Blanc and 40% Roussanne, our Côtes du Roussillon Blanc is the result of a total destemming of the harvest before being put into the press. The must benefits from a cold static settling before fermenting at a regulated temperature of 18 °C. Its conservation on fine lees in a carefully topped-up vat gives this wine an incomparable richness and aromatic complexity.

With a bright, deep golden yellow color, Escapade en Roussillon Blanc seduces with its luminosity. On the nose, the aromas of green apple, white flowers and ripe banana evoke fruity and slightly floral notes, evolving with aeration to reveal aromas of apricot and lime. On the palate, our Côtes du Roussillon Blanc reveals an exquisite roundness, balanced by a beautiful acidity that gives it freshness and liveliness. Its finish, of yellow melon and lemon, makes it a harmonious, Mediterranean and sunny wine, like the terroir it illustrates.

Escapade en Roussillon will go wonderfully with grilled fish and fish in light sauce, as well as white meats. An invitation to discover the art of local gastronomy.
