The Cru Vineyard of Collioure and Banyuls is located in the far south of France at the meeting point between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, under the midday sun. The vines are planted on terraces on shale hillsides, from the seaside to the bottom of the valleys of the hinterland.

Grenache Gris: 75%
White Grenache: 15%
Roll: 10%

Grapes collected and transported in 30 kg boxes to guarantee the integrity of the bunches. After a night in a cold room at 5°C, whole bunch pressing of the 3 grape varieties. After settling for 48 hours, fermentation in stainless steel vats as well as aging on fine lees until bottling.

Color: Pale silvery yellow with slight green reflections.
Nose: First lemony and slightly vanilla nose. When stirred, the Williams pear expresses itself fully, accompanied by apricot, fresh hazelnut and a vegetal touch.
Mouth: Aromatic and citric with citrus fruits such as grapefruit, beautiful roundness on the finish with a mineral touch and pear seeds.

Service: Serve around 10°C.
Pairings: This white Collioure will go perfectly with grilled fish, veal stew or baked rabbit.
