The ELLE à Table 2025 Wine Competition has unveiled its winners, once again confirming the recognition of our wines. This 11th edition , held at the Château de Montchat in Lyon on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, brought together nearly 60 wine professionals (sommeliers, wine merchants, oenologists, importers, buyers) for a rigorous blind tasting.
👉 Out of 982 samples presented , the jury awarded 314 medals , including 175 Gold medals and 139 Silver medals . An exceptional competition that reflects the diversity and excellence of French vineyards.
And this year, Terres des Templiers shines with three Gold medals awarded to its Collioure and Banyuls vintages.
🥇 Collioure Rosé Péché Mignon 2024 – Gold Medal
" A color that doesn't follow the trends of absolute clarity but it displays a pretty poppy hue, with 30% saignée of Collioure Rouge. The nose is explosive: intense peach, mango, mandarin, spicy strawberry. The attack is frank and very aromatic. A combination of wild strawberries and tropical fruits. The tangy finish is reminiscent of blood orange."

🥇 Collioure Rouge Premium 2023 – Gold Medal
"A beautiful nose of ripe red fruits, slightly woody. Body, volume in the mouth and a finish that lingers for a real treat. The rib of beef awaits you!"

🥇 Banyuls Traditional Fauve 2014 – Gold Medal
"This Banyuls has a vermilion hue with ochre accents that remains clear and luminous. The nose layers notes of candied oranges, ground coffee, honey candies, Madeira. It's already a journey! In the background come spices with a hint of caramelized walnuts. The palate has lost none of its vigor and reveals delicious notes of dried fruits, gingerbread, and bitter orange marmalade. Complex but digestible, this Banyuls is to be discovered urgently! Try it around 12° with a macadamia nut tart, iced nougat, or even as an aperitif with dried duck breast rolled in Bleu des Causses cheese!"
