Every year, the start of the grape harvest marks a moment of celebration and anticipation. In August 2025 , it was the Rolle plots that opened the dance from the week of August 11. This southern grape variety, called Vermentino in Italy, will take its place in the blend of our Collioure Blancs , bringing freshness, liveliness and elegance.

Since August 18 , the harvest continues with the other grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre... An earliness accentuated this year by the high temperatures and heatwaves, which have accelerated the ripening of the grapes.

Beyond our vineyards, we also think of our winegrowing neighbors affected by the summer fires, particularly in the Aude region, whose harvests will be impacted. Their courage and perseverance deserve our solidarity.

Finally, we pay tribute to our cooperators and their “colles” —a Catalan term for the team of friends and family who come together to harvest the grapes. Together, they perpetuate an ancestral ritual, bringing the future 2025 vintage to life, promising new moments of sharing.
