“An intense fruitiness with immediate pleasure”: this is the motto of this new IGP Rouge Funambule . All in lightness , like a tightrope walker, it will appeal to as many people as possible by focusing on its simplicity.
Funambule is composed of 100% Grenache Noir . The grapes were kept in perfectly well-oiled stainless steel vats until bottling in order to preserve the purity of the fruit.
The dress is light , cherry red.
The first nose is spicy and composed of red fruits; when agitated, a specific fruit emerges against a background of strawberry dominant, accompanied by garrigue herbs, with smoky and iodized notes.
On the palate, tightrope appears subtle, the tones are rounded with southern accents, where strawberry and cherry mingle with rosemary.
Tightrope walker will accompany your grilled white meats with herbs. It can also complement more or less spicy Asian cuisine very well.
