Coming from our most beautiful plots, the Collioure and Banyuls Premium and Prestige are produced according to strict specifications and respectful of a certain nobility . All the know-how of our winegrowers combined with the expert work of our cellar master is contained in these five exceptional bottles. The vines are carefully selected and vinified, the grapes are sorted by hand, grain by grain and finally aged on new oak lees in order to enhance excellence .
On the Collioure side
The Collioure Blanc Premium 2022 reveals a sparkling yellow-green color, on the nose, notes of broom flowers give way to a fruity ambiance of Williams pear, apricot and fresh pineapple. A round and delicious aromatic profile on the palate due to its aging in wood. Freshness is its ally!
The Collioure Rouge Prestige 2021 will easily seduce you with its notes of black fruits, leather and scrubland enhanced with a fine framework of juniper berries and blackcurrant. A balanced palate, with a finish with silky tannins which highlight the red and black berries.
On the side of the Banyuls
The delicious and fruity character of Banyuls Rimage Premium 2022 provides immediate pleasure in the mouth! The notes of wild strawberries and red fruit marmalade dominate with a delicate touch of vanilla!
To close this panel of new vintages, our Banyuls Rimage Prestige 2021 is a sure value and will amaze your taste buds with its aromas of red fruits and blackberry liqueur with notes of black fruits and crÚme brûlée. Rich and delicious on the palate, the black fruits are expressed with lots of vinosity.
