The town of Collioure and its majestic vineyards stand majestically between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, where the steep and steep hillsides are swept by the tramontane.
AOP Collioure wines are born from the marriage between the minerality of the schist and the power of the fruit. The richness of the aromatic palette of this new cuvée stems from the alchemy created between the four different grape varieties that compose it: Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Carignan.
Having at heart to bottle our terroir , we carried out barrel aging (bung aside), in order to expand the aromatic palette of this wine and to give it the typical characteristics of a traditional Collioure, hence its name.
Being emblematic of the vintage and of the famous Catalan city, this wine has a unique, indomitable character. It can be enjoyed in particular with characterful charcuterie, or with land-sea combinations such as duck aiguillettes with prawns. Its woody dominance accompanies the fruit and makes the palate lively, delicate and delicious.
