These bold creations are signed by Julien, talented mixologist of the Whateuteu restaurant in Perpignan, in close collaboration with our cellar master, Jauffrey Canier. Together, they have imagined compositions that combine tradition and modernity, revealing all the richness of our Banyuls in subtle and refined combinations.

The Banyuls Grand Cru, with its deep tannins, adds a rich, structured dimension, while notes of burnt caramel bring a gourmand touch. The tangy, fresh and lively finish bursts like a wave on a tropical beach, bringing balance and lightness to this sunny experience.”
